Ethereum Foundation places the Front and the UX Push center of UX

The researchers of the Ethereum Foundation have stressed that interoperability is the main short -term priority for the development of Ethereum.

The researchers wrote on a Friday blog mail that “we see interoperability and related projects presented in this note, such as the highest leverage opportunity” within the domain of the user’s experience in the next six to 12 months. The short -term strategy focuses on architecture based on the intention and the passage of general messages.

In other words, the approach is to allow users to express results (or “attempts”), while the network manages low-level transactions and update the “pipes” of the cross chain (spending infrastructure of messages) so that these attempts are executed gently through the Capa-1 and the surveys. The Ethereum Foundation establishes that it will optimize specific metrics, including inclusion time, confirmation/purpose, settlement of layer 2 and signatures by operation.

The researchers wrote that interoperability is a focus because the Ethereum ecosystem is divided into many layer 2 protocols that extend their functionality and scalability, while providing “their own challenges, including fragmentation pressures.” The publication cites a significant pain point:

“In its simplified nucleus, the key ingredients to accelerate the Introduction Interops to unlock the grass and the standardization of fast cross chain messages. Currently, the messages is partially bottleneck by slow -settlement times.

The three development currents

The developers of the Ethereum Foundation decided to divide the interoperability work into three currents: initialization, acceleration and completion. The first focuses on architecture based on intention and includes three projects: open intention framework, Ethereum interoperability layer and interoperability standards.

Open atants Framework is a modular and light battery based on the intention that facilitates the use of attempts in the development of Ethereum. Intelligent production contracts are already live, audits are expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year, and the validation of crosschain is expected to occur in the last quarter.

Ethereum’s interoperability layer is a “transport” trusted “transport” for prescriptive execution through layer 2 protocols, led by the Ethereum comment equipment (ERC) -4337. ERC-4337 is the Standard of Ethereum account abstraction that improves smart contract wallets.

New standards come

The last element in this development flow is interoperability standards, which have the task of guaranteeing a Crosschain constant user experience.

ERC-7828/7930 defines interoperable addresses, ERC-7811 standardizes asset consolidation, so that token in chains and wraps can be treated as a single balance, and ERC-5792 formalizes multiple calls flows. Finally, ERC-7683 specifies a format of common intention, and ERC-7786 provides a neutral messaging interface, allowing bridges and verification backends to be interchangeable.

The second current focuses on increasing the speed in each layer, and the third current focuses on the final touches. This last flow is currently exploring solutions to improve zero knowledge proof support and improve Layer-1.
